#1924 closed task (fixed)

merge sugar-base and sugar-toolkit

Description

Having two packages install files into the same Python package is confusing several tools, among them pylint (try running it on a not-installed copy of sugar-toolkit) and python-central.

AFAICT the distinction between the two packages is artificial anyway, so we should just merge them (for 0.90+).
