Description
There seems to be a difference in the way the palette works when UCB Logo (v5.5) runs within Sugar vs in Gnome. The palette command returns r,g,b values between 0 and 99 inside of Sugar (consistent with the documentation) but 0 to 65535 in the GNOME desktop.
