"Your Journal is empty" shown for unreadable storage media

Description
When trying to browse a storage medium that cannot be accessed (and probably when browsing an empty one as well), the Journal displays "Your Journal is empty". This is misleading in two ways:
- It says Journal even though the message is about the storage medium (the Journal itself surely isn't empty) and
- The storage medium usually isn't empty, "just" inaccessible.

Replying to greenfeld:
Present in OLPC XO-1.75 os41/Sugar 0.93, where the new Documents folder selectable icon says "Your journal is empty", even though the Documents folder (selectable like a mounted USB stick) is not Sugar's journal.
The wording has been corrected for the Documents folder (see os7).

The unreadable device issue seems minor to me. Patches accepted of course.
