Description
Testing in 0.87.3. If you delete a duplicate activity bundle from Journal the activity will be de-installed from your home screen even though you still have the original bundle in Journal. When the activity is de-installed, all Journal entries for that activity now get a blank empty icon (it used to change to application-x-generic.svg). Example:
If you download TurtleArt-83.xo twice (or more) by mistake using browse, and then delete from Journal the xo bundles you didn't want, all TurtleArt icons will go blank, and the activity is no longer available from the home screen. You can force the activity to re-install be finding the remaining bundle in Journal and clicking it to run.
The disappearing icons is a new issue as far as I'm aware, the un-necessary deleting of the installed activity goes back at least one release I think.

This was solved in Sugar 0.88+ (59460d5), deleting bundles from journal no longer uninstalls activities.
