First steps:
Create po directory in top level of git repo and deposit POT file
Make user:pootle a committer.
Set up Trac component "Analyze" to be able to tag bugs filed against Analyze.

Many thanks, have pushed a modified version of the above mentioned original patch to mainline:
http://git.sugarlabs.org/analyze/mainline/commit/fa0a1e050a56f83021cca55c979a883359c4ca7a
Fixed a typo (missing +), and modified all the multi argument strings to use format strings with named arguments. Will try and test it a little more tomorrow and will release a new Analyze-9. Hey, only took 3 years to land, but land it has!
Pootle is already a committer.

Analize is already on pootle and has the necessary templates to each LANG,
admins should update the files from templates of they are not seeing the templates.

I've uploaded to templates and updated each language.

I've checked and this can be closed now.
In addition, this Analyze - related L10nticket
https://dev.laptop.org/ticket/6083
should be reviewed to see if it is already closed.
