Update-1 Activity screen confuses user

Description
Testing various Activities on XO-1.5 (Sugar 0.84). When I started the update-1.xo activity, instead of showing which Activities had newer versions available in the central repository, the screen appeared to show the activities I had *already* installed on the XO-1.5 for the test.
When I later went to the Control Panel and used the Activity Updater there, it correctly showed me that there only was a newer version of Etoys (plus one other Activity) available at the repository.

Chris, I am pushing this back to you. This has been fixed in .88.

in 0.86, updater was integrated to sugar
for 0.84, I'm afraid, sugar requires some bugs fixed(at least that prevent upgrading system wide activities)
