Description

sugar-toolkit modifies po/sugar-toolkit.pot during build. Since this file is stored in git ./sugar-jhbuild update will break if git hasn't been configured by the user (i.e. it breaks for most non-developers). This also ​prevents our buildslaves from building sugar-toolkit.
