Please delete the account "morgan" with email address "morgan@…" from git.sugarlabs.org.
The account I'm using is "morgs".

Just in case I missed some related record, did you create or join any project with this user?
No, before I created the new user I deleted everything the old user had done, so there should now be no trace of it.
