Description
Under the browse activity, there are four tabs, Activity, Edit, Browse, and view. It appears that the only feedback that the activity is active is the reload button changing to a stop button. This feature is only available when under the "Browse" tab.
For example go to dev.sugarlabs.org, hit ctrl+f to search for say a bug on "browse". When you find this one, click on it and see if there is any indication that the browse activity is navigating to a new page.

We used to have a spinning cursor in older releases, so I would call this a defect.

+1 for spinning cursor or any other indication that the activity or OS is busy.

In the toolbar redesign the reload/stop button is always visible. We got rid of the tabs. Is that good enough?
