#984 closed defect (fixed)

resizing column width broken in Write

Reported by: rgs Owned by: tomeu
Priority: High Milestone:
Component: Write Version: Unspecified
Severity: Unspecified Keywords: write table width
Cc: Distribution/OS: OLPC
Bug Status: Unconfirmed

Description

When you try to resize a column (working with a table) in Write nothing happens.

This might be a problem with pyabiword of libabiword because it works perfectly in the corresponding AbiWord (the app) version.

Steps to reproduce:

1) launch Write

2) Create a table of NxM* rows and columns

3) Try to resize the width of any column and nothing should happen

  • This bug is observable for any value of N or M

I am using pyabiword 0.6.2. It is reproducible both in an XO (latest stable build - 8.2.1) and in sugar-jhbuild.
