Downloading activities does not finish - SoaS

Downloading only continues until it is about 95% complete and then stops. Don't know if it happens for all activities or all downloads - I tried it for TamTamMini, TamTamEdit and Maze. I checked that it was not due to a "network gone" or memory problem.

To recreate bug:
1 Boot in SoaS in a PC
2 Point Sugar Browser to SugarLabs activities
3 Attempt to download TamTamMini
Result:
1) The usual download progress bar in browser does not appear
2) Go to Journal. Download bar shows progress until dowload is almost finished and then stops. Further, that Journal entry cannot be deleted

I am guessing this is the same at #738. It is a bit of a Catch 22, but if you can manage to install Browse v108, I think you'll find that activity installation will start working.
