disappearing activity from ASLO

Description

Josh Minor uploaded Maze to activities.sugarlabs.org and I approved its being moved from the sandbox to pubic. I think looked for it in the Games category, found it, downloaded it. All is well. But when I went back to ASLO a few minutes later, Maze was gone. No idea where it went, or why.

It is here, but I only found that out by scouring the admin database:

It also didn't record the fact that I have downloaded it.

Today, it appears in the Games category... mysterious

it was due to missed Application field from Files section;
now(in devel branch) this field is required to complete activity and couldn't be missed for new activities
