Description

Observed on Soas-20090305 on Dell 8400 desktop

4 boots had no network, 5th (this one) did.

Attaching dmesg.old and dmesg for clues, if any.

Tested with Soas1-20090319 and same desktop.

4 boots no network, 5th boot (this one) has networking.

My Settings Network showed the message "org.freedesktop.NetworkManager Service not available" on faulty boots.

tmpsAn_nu.txt is dmesg.old from no-network boot. tmp8mpRLG.txt is dmesg of network=good boot.
