I don't remember ever creating (or even removing) your account on shell.sugarlabs.org.
However, I you do have an account on OLPC's old server crank.laptop.org, which is an entirely different machine.

Note that, for the purpose of maintaining your activity, you don't really need a shell account on Sunjammer: source goes on git.sugarlabs.org (just go on and create an account there for yourself) and xo bundles go on activities.sugarlabs.org.

Follow these instructions to migrate your existing activity:

http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/ActivityTeam/How_to_migrate_from_OLPC

I'm closing this bug, but if you'd still like to get a shell account on sunjammer for some other reason, just reopen it and paste or attach your public ssh key(s).

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
