Improve layout of Moon's text panel for different resolutions

Description

Now that we can't rely on screen resolution, or even font sizes, the left text panel in Moon needs to cope better with unexpected screen layouts. I made the mistake of including some of the text layout padding in the translation strings (\n's), which makes changing the layout tougher than I'd hoped.

At least the text panel could be vertically scrollable so that all information can be read even on platform with less screen real estate (e.g. SoaS running on typical PC)
