Network Connections window gets launched behind Sugar Network Settings window

Description
In Sugar 0.100 on XO-4:
When I go to Settings -> Network, scroll all the way down to "Advanced Network Settings" section and click on "Launch" button, the Gnome Network Connections dialog box that gets launched appears behind the Sugar Network Settings window.
