sugar.099.0 installed from f20-i386 DVD to HD install of lXDE by yum install @sugar-desktop
Downloaded from sugar-network wiki link with permission to access sandboxed .xo in sugar-browse
yields "Sugar Network failed to start" in f3 Home view.
