Reported by: manuq Owned by: erikos
Priority: Low Milestone: 0.102.0
Component: Sugar Version: Unspecified
Severity: Unspecified Keywords:
Cc: Distribution/OS: Unspecified
Bug Status: New

Description

TestCase:

  1. Start Browse/Wikipedia
  2. Select some text
  3. Drag region

The region should be in white background and black border, the same as doing the select region and drag in other places of Sugar, the search entry in the zoom views for example.

Currently is black, obfuscating the text. See attachment.

The attached testcase script demostrates that it is a window composition issue.

If run outside sugar, in a sugar shell, the dragged region shows a transparent background. If run inside sugar, it shows a black background, same as Browse. I will try to style the dragged region.
