ogg (and other) audio files should by default be played by Jukebox

Description

Once you have totem mozilla plugin installed, all media files are played through Browse. But for music, there is Jukebox, a dedicated music player (which also uses totem, as far as I know), so that one should be the default to resume an audio file.
