Add alternate keypress to open the Frame.

In virtual machines like VMWare, "unity" mode with the mouse means that it's impossible to hit the edge of the screen long enough to open the frame.

There is also no Frame key like on the XO to open it manually.

Even on the XO, it's annoying that the frame key is on the right - if you are using the mouse, you have to reach your left hand across to hit it.

I propose that double Ctrl tap bring up the frame. This is the same key bound to Google Desktop, and bringing up the frame is kind of like bringing up Google Desktop widgets. Also the Ctrl key is easily accessible to the left hand.

Alt+Shift+F is the standard key in Sugar to bring up the Frame, is that what you were looking for?
