Description

In the first bug (Screenshot 1) I start an activity and sugar displays a starting screen but then it changes to the home screen again but in the frame the window switcher displays the starting icon but if I click it no starting window shows up and the window does not come up. In the second bug (Screenshot 2) I started an activity and it briefly shows the starting screen but then the appliance starts but in the frame it shows two windows, one for a starting screen that never comes up and a window with no icon which is the activity.

Please provide all details of the release including what core version of SoaS is running, what release of the core sugar stack (sugar, sugar-artwork, sugar-toolkit, sugar-toolkit-gtk3) and what the names and versions of Activities with issues
