Port to Gtk3

This ticket is a task created to port Implode to Gtk3. It's like a reminder and it will be useful to write down some documentation links that I will be using to do the port.

Attached is a proposal to fix the size issue in the help window. Probably is not perfect, but I didn't found another solution.

Gonzalo, I tested your patch and it worked ok.

There is another issue maybe related with what I did, and it's that the cursor (on help screen) doesn't update the background when it pass over the board and some weird thing happens there.

Why do you think that this patch is not perfect? :D It doesn't look so bad.

The port of the Implode Activity is finished. There is missing the sugarless.py version
