Measure locks up if you click between microphone and sensor quickly

On 12.1.0 build 9 and 10 on XO-1.75 and XO-1.5 with Measure 36

Start Measure
Click sensor (Ohm over a squiggle)
Quickly click the Micropohone
Repeat until measure locks up

This happens quite easily on XO-1.75, today it locked after only two clicks. It also happens on XO-1.5 but seems to take longer.

These patches "debounce" the radio buttons by locking them until the pipeline completes its initialization.
