It shouldn't be possible to drag & drop icons over the XO character

I don't know why but the first time that I've switched to the Favourites Home View with the icons all around the screen the Terminal icon was disappeared.

Some time later, I realized the XO character was over it because I could drag & drop Paint icon over it and when I click again over the Paint icon to put in another place the icon that I was dragging was the Terminal icon.

Look at the screenshots. Both have the Terminal icon behind the XO character, pay attention at one of them, you couldn't see the Terminal Icon but... It's there :)
