URL address dissapear after switch between tabs

Description

Steps to reproduce it:

  1. Open a Browse activity
  2. Start typing the url in the address bar
  3. Open a new tab
  4. Go back to the first tab
  5. The address dissappeared

Expected behaviour:

The url address that I had typed should be still there. It belongs to the tab :)

Good catch, Firefox and Epiphany behaves the same. Would be great to fix this for 0.96 or 0.98.

This seems to semi-work in Browse-148/OLPC 13.1.0 os20, but I suspect that further problems relate to the appearance of the auto-suggestion list (#4355).
