Description

We should be able to achieve most of what we need by just editing site/app/webroot/css/sugar.css, site/app/webroot/img/sprite.png and maybe site/app/webroot/img/sprite-alpha.png.

Thats a persistent process(updating sugar theme after each upstream release) and its ongoing, so I'm closing this ticket
