Description

on my thinkpad and 02-06 snapshot I do not see another USB data stick in the other USB slot.

Problem persists in Soas-200903051021.iso

attachment tmpLoXcpb.txt is Shell.log from Log Activity text clipping.

I suggest this is important for SoaS distributions.

Ok, so two issues that manifest in Soas-2:

  • session bus is ran outside the console kit session, so autostarted services have less privileges than the rest of the session.
  • the shell isn't automounting because some other process used to do that job.

A workaround for the first issue is coming to soas-2 and I will commit a fix to sugar for the second.
