Access privs needed to do development on addons.laptop.org

(infrastructure ticket for activities/addons.sl.o component, so passing this to Bernie for starters; let me know if I should do differently.)

From  http://lists.sugarlabs.org/archive/sugar-devel/2009-January/011230.html, regarding addons.sugarlabs.org development: "
We need to ask bernie to look at the permissions and arrange it so
that we can give developers access to addons, addons-test,
addons-devel."

I believe this breaks down into the following:

1. The addons instances on sunjammer are owned by the www-data group rather than the addons group.
2. Users in the addons group need, at minimum, rw privileges in the virtual host dir and access to the mysql db.
3. Instructions should be posted, likely in http://sugarlabs.org/go/ActivityTeam/Remora_port#Devel, on how to get a sunjammer account and get that account added to the addons group, or otherwise get this access - if it's "post a ticket to dev.sl.o with these bits of information," great!
