309	Hack to hide certain control panel features if you're not on the XO	gregdek	morgs	"It occurs to me that maybe this should be in ticket #105 (SoaS should include the software update control panel), but we've got a couple of issues:

#1. making the Control Panel always show up for all Sugar installs, with the right CP options showing up by some mechanism that detects HW capacity (the ""right"" answer);

#2. hacking to hide certain features if you're not on the XO -- the quick and dirty hack.
