Let hulahop know about xulrunner path via envar

Description

Hulahop is implemented that it contain RPATH on xulrunner libraries. Thus, it is broken on every xulrunner minor distro update (for xulrunner 1.9 branch). The patch let hulhop know about what the current xulrunner path is.
