Permissions for TAPortfolio samples not set correctly?

Description
trying to open one of the sample files in TAP would not work on my xo (build 8.2) (no effect). loading a TA sample however worked.
inspection of the files showed that only owner had rw access.
a "sudo chmod a+r -R TurtleArtPortfolio.activity/samples/"
from ~/Activities fixed this for me. maybe worth to change the permissions.
