Infoslicer can't download articles with non ascii characters

Description
When I want search information in the Spanish wikipedia and try "leon"
Infoslicer show a message "Error downloading 'leon' check connection".
In the log appear the following message:
1305809298.570020 DEBUG infoslicer::except: download_and_add: URL u'http://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&titles=Le\xf3n&redirects&format=xml' contains non-ASCII characters
