Add hMouse to Pootle

Just a comment on source code structure of hmouse,
it should be cannonical

i.e something like:

activity/

/po
/activity
/etc

for now pootle looks for a po structure in the root of the directory, it cannot find a po in an non-gnu style.

when this is fixed i can add hmouse to pootle.

The template (POT file) really needs to be in English (not Spanish) for use by our localizers. I've attached a draft translation for consideration.

Don't worry about that, it is something for Rafael and I to fix on Pootle itself, you've done your part.

Rafael, hMouse needs commit links in Pootle.

The correct POT has been up in Pootle,

This is one of the files that was having troubles with template updates, so I manually corrected it in Pootle. I'll look at the new POT and upload it if there are changes.

Commit links are there now that all_langs script has been run, but there is still a problem in that there is no POT in the git /po directory
