Pootle Admin right for Arabic

Description

I'm working on Arabic localization and sometimes it is more convenient to translate offline with my team and then upload po file to pootle.
May I have admin right to upload po translation in pootle.

Hi atphalix, I'm the current Arabic l10n admin. Your contribution is much appreciated, please send me the files and I'll review it it take care of uploading (unfortunately I can't review translation in Pootle because of the dead slow connection I'm using currently).
