"My Neighborhood" sharing functionality is not working between XO1.0 and XO1.5 type laptops

Description

My Neighborhood" sharing functionality is working between XO1.0 and XO1.0 and also It works between XO1.5 and XO1.5 .Also it share actions with each other for stop watch application and other application as well. But it’s not shares actions with XO1.0 and XO1.5.We have checked whether it’s sharing other applications actions. But it’s not working that as well.

Could you add more detail regarding how sharing is not working between an XO-1 and XO-1.5? Some details that would be useful:

  • are both machines connected to the same wireless access point?
  • are you using mesh or adhoc networking (for a no external infrastructure use case)?
  • does each machine show the buddy icon of the other in the neighbourhood view?
  • what OS build versions do you have installed on the two machines?

Note that XO-1s have mesh hardware support, XO-1.5s use the adhoc network standards instead. If you are not using an external wireless access point for networking the XO-1 will need to be running a recent build of Sugar so that it can connect to an adhoc network.

Is this ticket specific to Measure? If so, which version? (The current version has sharing disabled.)
