Description

The tooltips for the drum kits Electronic and South American are swapped. Reported by Tabitha in dev.laptop.org #9515.

Cause was git hash

The tooltips were fixed with 1d0baebcfd5798028602f80619643f17ce04721d
but changed again in 04fc5bfe0a89607bf34b3f475a93fdddc25f3969

I have pushed again a fix. Please package.
