Body: Should look like the journal detail view:

optional: display the thumbnail as well

Got reviewed by tomeu on irc. Made the changes needed and pushed to sugar-toolkit. Moved as well the canvasentrytext to sugar/graphics which I added to jarabe/view last night to avoid circular references.
I want to add the 'enter' key to the quit button. Eben, if you have any other idea, please let me know. Tomeu and myself decided that the don't quit button does not make sense in the dialog, happy to argue again about it.

'don't keep' button i meant of course. The argument was, that the entry is saved already. And don't keep would mean that the entry needed to be erased. With the added 'resume by default', we don't have the proliferation of useless entries we used to have.
