Measure waveform capture journal entry name does not change

Description

The journal entry name created by the "Capture" button is always "Waveform 1".

Either the " 1" should be omitted, or it should increment on each capture.

Tested Measure git hash 74d81ce, the journal entry name increments on each "Capture", starting from 1 when the activity is started.
