Videos not transferred to other clients when Record is shared

Description

Other clients can only see the thumbnails of shared videos, but clicking on them does not seem to do anything.

This bug existed in recent versions prior to v83 but I fixed it for v83 and I just tested here, works fine. please confirm that you can reproduce on v83.
