os240py - without manual intervention xAos activity icon in Frame pulses forever

Description
os240py (sugar 0.88.0-9bernie). Started Terminal. Launched xAos activity (from Home); looked at xAos screen; eventually chose exit from menu in activity header. The xAos activity stopped, and the system now displayed the Terminal screen. In Frame, the xAos activity's icon was still pulsing.
Took system dump. In Frame, the palette from the xAos icon still claimed 'Starting...'. Clicked on that icon - the system now showed the launch screen for xAos, with the (INCORRECT) notation that xAos had failed to start. Clicked on the stop button in that launch screen. The pulsing of the xAos icon in Frame finally stopped.
