Description

Porting the patches [1] from dsd to the 0.84 branch. Note, for this to work one does need the latest NetworkManager version, too.

The patch does contain the fix for the auto-connect behaviour proposed in #1883.

This is basically the patch that went into 0.88 just backported. It contains the fix described in #1883.

Please commit this. I have gone through the patch and it looks OK. I think what it needs at the moment is more testing, and putting this in the mainline code and making a release of this would certainly be helpful for that :-)

Please mind, you have to install the latest NetworkManager package to be able to share.
