notification says page has been created when in fact it has been deleted

After FGrose deleted a wiki page, I got the following notification email telling me it had been created:

The Sugar Labs page Infrastructure Team/Account Managemnt has been

Editor's summary: content was: '#REDIRECT [[Infrastructure Team/Account
Management]]' (and the only contributor was
