Description
The XO-1.5 camera is able to supply frames at a very high rate,
resulting in 100% CPU usage and backlogged gstreamer pipelines.
Limiting the framerate to 15fps results in huge improvements in responsivity of the application and decreases CPU usage to something sensible.
