Different local paths to ASLO files repository

Description

In ASLO config in site/app/config/config.php file, there is REPO_PATH parameter and it has different values for ASLO web nodes.
ASLO stores this path in db and it should be the same for all web nodes.

site/app/config/config.php's REPO_PATH parameter should have the same value on sunjammer and aslo-web i.e. on both servers the path to ASLO files repository should be the same.

For a while, I've created /srv/www-sugarlabs/activities on aslo-web node but it should be proper fixed on puppet level.
