Measure v29 does not work on 0.82

ASLO claims v29 is compatible with 0.82.

On OLPC's 8.2.1 official and 8.2.2 beta builds, it errors out when closing with the "Keep Error" problem. Repros everytime.

Logs attached -- gconf complaints (0.82 doesn't use gconf!) but no smoking gun.

Sugar toolkit has 2 codepaths for the 'Keep Error' msg. One of them only logs when we're in full 'debug' mode -- we're probably hitting that one in this case...

One possible path is to fix ASLO metadata ;-)

I don't think the gconf complaints (or pangorc complaint) are related to the Keep Error. We are in the process of phasing out the ASLO dependencies, but that is a major intervention. I'll look to see if I can find anything obvious that would be causing a 0.82 keep error.

I will fix this by not recommending that we use v29 on 0.82. Hopefully v30, when it is out, will work on 0.82
