WatchMe-2 fails to connect if dependencies are absent

bemasc told me the symptom is consistent with not having the dependent packages gtk-vnc-python and x11vnc installed. Per  os110 package list they aren't installed by default. There's no indication that the test team installed them.

This ticket raised for WatchMe to be changed to report the missing dependencies or adopt 0sugar.

Same problem with WatchMe-3. XO-1.5 os207 (sugar 0.84-18) Scenario:

Booted Paraguay XO-1 system (sugar 0.88-1).  Connected to ethernet.  Launched WatchMe-3.
Booted XO-1.5 system (sugar 0.84-18).  Connected to ethernet.
On Paraguay Neighborhood View, sent WatchMe invite to XO-1.5.
On XO-1, accepted invite (via Frame).  WatchMe-3 launched.

Second message from WatchMe on XO-1.5:
  gtk-vnc-python is not properly installed.
  You must install ... and restart this activity.
