XO Help fails in XO-1 running F11-XO1/os9 with Sugar 0.84.7

Description

In XO-1 running F11-XO1/os9 with Sugar 0.84.7 the XOHelp 1 activity does not launch. The log (attached) shows multiple problems with python 2.6

Help-1 will fail on 0.84 and up as it's based on dependancies for an old version of hulahop (a python interface to mozila libs). Sugar 0.84 and up depend more current releases of mozila code and use an updated version of hulahop to match. Sayamindu did work back in July for a helpfr activity (a custom version of help for a Madagascar and to Gabon deployment). The git rep can be found here:
