Icon sizes not reset when switching back to random layout

Description

When the ring layout does not have enough space, it makes the icons smaller. However, when one switches back to the random layout, the icons remain small.

Can this be confirmed? How many activities do one need to see the effect?

While it would certainly be worth understanding what is broken, the whole idea behind random view is broken and it should probably be dropped altogether...
