Enhancement to F1 neighborhood display:

+ a list view like the activitys list with selectable (star) to select which buddies to display on F1 Neighborhood view.

*ability to select with star those buddies to be displayed on Neighborhood View.

*Enhancement:ability to tell jabber (gadget) which 20 buddies to send

+would cut clutter on neighborhood and bypass random 20 avitars sent by gadget

Note that the Moodle integration is also working on the problem of telling Jabber which buddies to send. If you share a Moodle group with a buddy that person shows up in your neighborhood.

Buddies on the Sugar client side may make sense too but we should try to think through how it works both in use cases that include Moodle and those that don't.
