Description
I'm summarizing a discussion from (http://lists.sugarlabs.org/archive/iaep/2009-September/008378.html):
There is a need for more facile bug reporting by teachers and students. It was proposed that we add a toolbar item for bug reporting; a counter proposal is to enhance the bug-reporting facilities in Log (perhaps with an annotation field) and possibly create a journal entry with the log of failed activity launches.
(Idle thought: maybe we should have a bug collector on every server to whom the Send To mechanism could be directed.)

Another option could be enhance help activity. adding tabs integrated with LP and trac.
also log annotation field could be handy.
